Mr. Iremongerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will expedite his decision in the appeal against the refusal of planning permission in respect of 126 Lynn Road, Newbury Park, Ilford, Reference No. APP/4427/A/72657, in view of the fact that the appellant was misled in this matter by the Redbridge Borough Council, and is suffering financial hardship.
