§ LORD CARRINGTONIt has been decided that the Rothesay Class frigate, H.M.S. "Lowestoft", will refit in Gibraltar Dockyard beginning in April, 1973, and that, on present plans, this will be succeeded by refits of other Rothesay Class frigates.
