§ Mrs. ThatcherThe Government's policy on the organisation of secondary education is set out in Circular 10/70. I shall continue to consider on their merits any proposals which may be submitted to me under Section 13 of the Education Act, 1944 (as amended) to give effect to reorganisation schemes.
