From time to time I receive views on a wide variety of subjects. On economic matters I have in reply pointed to the value to Scotland of the measures announced in the Budget and to the substantial benefits for Scottish industry and for new industry investing in Scotland of our new measures in the White Paper "Industrial and Regional Development".
