§ 31. Dr. Dickson Mabonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what further progress has been made in his negotiations with local authorities concerned in the proposed passenger transport authority for West Central Scotland.
§ Mr. YoungerI have circulated a draft designation order containing detailed proposals for the establishment of a Greater Glasgow Passenger Transport Authority to the local authorities and bus operators concerned, and have asked for their comments by 23rd June.
