§ Mr. Sillarsasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will now give approval 116W to Ayrshire Education Committee's request that it be allowed to provide a Higher National Certificate Course in mining at Ayr Technical College in session 1972–73 and beyond.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI have already informed Ayrshire Education Authority that, having reconsidered its case, I am not prepared to include this course in its approved scheme of further education.
