§ Mr. AlisonWhen I wrote to the hon. Member on 4th May, I referred him to the undertakings which I gave in the Adjournment debate on 10th March to consider, when the Food and Drugs Act comes under review, strengthening Section 14 and adopting powers to close food premises in exceptional circumstances. I cannot yet say when the review will take place.
