§ Q7. Mr. Atkinsonasked the Prime Minister if he will make an official visit to Barford, Warwickshire.
§ The Prime Minister:My hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for the Department of Employment has invited me to visit Barford, which is in his constituency and not in that of the hon. Member for Tottenham (Mr. Atkinson). It would be particularly appropriate in the centenary year of the founding of the National Agricultural Labourers' Union by Joseph Arch of Barford, but I regret, like the right hon. Gentleman the Leader of the Opposition, that neither of us can be present at the celebrations on 29th 421W May. I understand that the principal guest speaker at the rally will be that experienced agriculturalist, the hon. Member for Ebbw Vale (Mr. Michael Foot).
