Member for West Ham. North that his communication of 12th April replying to the Chief secretary of the Treasury's letter of 7th April regarding tax concessions for ship repairs if Great Britain enters the Common Market had been passed on to the Department of Trade and Industry; why he dealt with this in the first instance and whether in future he will expedite replies to Members.
