HC Deb 09 May 1972 vol 836 c309W
58. Mr. Adam Butler

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services why the case of Mr. R. D. Kirton, of 208 Melbourne Road, Ibstock, at present in the hands of the National Insurance Commissioners, has still not been decided on, despite the fact that Mr. Kirton's unemployment pay was stopped in October, 1971; and when a decision can be expected.

Mr. Dean

Mr. Kirton appealed to the National Insurance Commissioner on 21st February, 1972. The commissioner's decision, dated 25th April, 1972, was issued on 28th April, 1972, and I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of it.
