§ 58. Mr. Adam Butlerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services why the case of Mr. R. D. Kirton, of 208 Melbourne Road, Ibstock, at present in the hands of the National Insurance Commissioners, has still not been decided on, despite the fact that Mr. Kirton's unemployment pay was stopped in October, 1971; and when a decision can be expected.
§ Mr. DeanMr. Kirton appealed to the National Insurance Commissioner on 21st February, 1972. The commissioner's decision, dated 25th April, 1972, was issued on 28th April, 1972, and I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of it.
