§ Mr. Rowlandsasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will announce the separate arrangements he has made in Wales under which any additional loan sanctions necessary for the purpose of land assembly will be granted.
§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe arrangements are that I will consider on their merits applications for loan sanctions, which will be granted for schemes shown to be necessary. It will be a condition that the land is bought within the next two years and that it will be serviced so that development can start within three years of the purchase.
