§ Mr. Roseasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will seek to consult employers and trade unions and consumer and tourist organisations with a view to liberalising the Shops Acts and licensing laws in areas of tourist interest.
§ Mr. LaneMy right hon. Friend will consider the desirability of consultations on the Shops Acts. The licensing laws are already being reviewed by the Erroll Committee.
