§ Mr. Stratton Millsasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications whether agreements for the transfer of the Post Office telecommunications monopoly in the Channel Islands and the postal monopoly in the Isle of Man to those Islands are soon to be concluded.
§ Sir J. EdenI expect to conclude these agreements, which will be made under Section 87 of the Post Office Act, 1969, in time for the transfer early in 1973, in the case of the Channel Islands, and in about a year's time, in the case of the Isle of Man.
