§ Mr. Barnesasked the Secretary of State for Social Services on how many occasions the Supplementary Benefits Commission has applied to the High Court for a prerogative order to overrule the 254W determination of a supplementary benefits appeal tribunal on the grounds that the tribunal has made its determination in ignorance of or as the result of a mistake regarding some material fact.
