§ Mr. Cormackasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if procedural rules for the disposal by Northern Ireland Departments of land compulsorily acquired and found to be surplus to requirements are similar to those which apply in the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. ChannonThe existing rules in Northern Ireland have recently been reviewed and steps are being taken to see that the procedure is brought more closely into line with practice in Great Britain.
