§ Mr. George Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he now expects to receive the final 369W report from the Royal Ulster Constabulary on allegations of assaults on prisoners sent to the General Officer Commanding by the Minister of State for Defence on 17th January.

The papers in six of the cases have been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions for his directions. The remaining cases are still under investigation.
