asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) whether he will give the reasons why the Part 41, Regulation No. 245/72 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with wine, dated 2nd February, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;

(2) whether he will give the reasons why Part 37, Regulation No. 430/72 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with rice, 366 dated 29th February, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;
(3) whether he will give the reasons why Part 37, Regulation No. 363/72 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with rice, dated 21st February, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972; and whether he will take action to expedite the printing of such documents;
(4) whether he will give the reasons why Part 41, Regulation No. 2830/71 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with wine, dated 24th December, 1971, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;
(5) whether he will give the reasons why Part 41, Regulation No. 2647/71 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with wine, dated 14th December, 1971, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;
(6) whether he will give the reasons why Part 28, Regulation No. 534/72 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with fruit and vegetables, dated 15th March, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;
(7) whether he will give the reasons why Part 28, Regulation No. 458/72 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with fruit and vegetables, dated 2nd March, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;
(8) whether he will give the reasons why Part 5, Regulation No. 581/72 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with customs questions, dated 22nd March, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;
(9) whether he will give the reasons why Part 39, Regulation No. 433/72 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with sugar, dated 29th February, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;
(10) wheher he will give the reasons why Part 22, Regulation No. 609/72 of the European Economic Community 367 Secondary Legislation dealing with certain processed agricultural products (i.e. goods not covered by Annex 11 of EEC Treaty), dated 2nd March, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;
(11) whether he will give the reasons why Part 24, Regulation No. 457/72 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with fisheries, dated 2nd March, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;
(12) whether he will give the reasons why the Part 16, Regulation No. 280/72 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with agricultural levies restitution, etc., dated 8th February, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972;
(13) whether he will give the reasons why the Part 24, Regulation No. 490/72 of the European Economic Community Secondary Legislation dealing with fisheries, dated 7th March, 1972, was not published and made available to hon. Members until 24th June, 1972.
