§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will specify the regulations by which chemists are required to exhibit a prescribed form of notice showing the addresses and times at which other chemists in the area are required to be open outside normal hours.
§ Mr. AlisonThis requirement forms part of the terms of service for chemists, which are set out in Schedule 4 to the National Health Service (General Medical and Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations, 1966 (S.I., 1966, No. 1210).
