§ Sir K. JosephIn conjunction with my right lion. Friends the Lord President of the Council and the Secretaries of State for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, I invited Dr. A. W. Merrison FRS, the Vice-Chancellor of Bristol University, to be the chairman of the committee, and I am pleased to say that he has accepted. The names of the other members will be announced as soon as possible.
