§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how much has been spent on Press advertisements by Her Majesty's Government to publicise the provisions of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970.
§ Sir K. JosephNothing, because it is local authorities and not the Government452W which are responsible for publicising their services under Section 2 of the Act, which I assume the hon. Member has in mind. I have, however, recently supplemented local authority publicity by issuing over 2 million copies of the booklet entitled "Help for Handicapped People".
