§ Mr. AmeryMy right hon. Friend's talks with Sr. Lopez Bravo on Gibraltar were, as before, of an exploratory character and formed part of the series of discussions which we and the Spaniards have agreed to hold on matters of mutual concern. The talks were, of course, confidential.
