§ Mr. Peter WalkerI shall shortly be seeking the views of local authority associations and staff interests on proposals for the establishment by law of 93W a Commission for Local Administration to investigate complaints of maladministration by local authorities. I envisage that the Commissioners would report annually on the performance of their functions to a body representative of local government.
