Dr. Stuttafordasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what discussions he has had as part of his programme for the preservation and improvement of ancient cities with the appropriate local authorities and amenity organisations on the preservation of open spaces, suitable for recreational purposes and children's play areas, as well as their scenic potential, in Norwich.
