§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether, when the projected legislation is drafted to transfer to the Charity Commissioners the powers and duties at present exercised under the Charities Act, 1960, by the Secretary of State for Education and Science, an up-to-date and comprehensive list will be inserted therein of the national museums and galleries in England and Wales which possess exempt charity status; and whether the National Museum of Wales and the Wallace Collection will be added to the list.
