§ Mr. Dellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish in the Official Report in respect of the years 1969, 1970 and 1971 the proportions and numbers of applications for legal aid allowed and refused by magistrates in each county and each borough in England and Wales, in respect of summary proceedings, committal proceedings, for trial on indictment and committal for sentence, respectively.
