§ Sir Elwyn Jonesasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what reply has been given to the letter from the London Borough of Newham calling on the Secretary of State to take steps to repeal the Education (Milk) Act, 1971 or 439W to permit legislation to allow local education authorities to provide milk at their own expense.
