§ Mr. CorfieldFollowing their acquisition from the Receiver under the terms of the agreement announced by my right hon. Friend the Lord President of the Council on 11th March all engine design patents owned by Rolls-Royce Ltd. on 2nd March, 1971, are at present owned by the Government.
