§ Mr. Croninasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what his future policy will now be with regard to the use of travel clubs by people wanting to travel by air at a low fare, having regard to the number of occasions when large numbers of air passengers have been stranded at British airports as a result of the enforcement of the rules governing charter flights by officers of his Department just before take-off.
