Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will seek to arrange an early meeting with representatives of the Scottish Council, Development and Industry, for the purpose of discussing the implications, both national and international, of the implementation of the Council's proposals as contained in Oceanspan 2, a copy of which has been sent to him.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellSuch discussions began about a week before the report was published. Further meetings are being arranged, and I hope personally to discuss the report with the Chairman, Lord Clydesmuir, in the near future.
