§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what, for the period between August, 1971, and 1st October, 1971, was the number of British citizens resident in the parliamentary constituency of West Ham, North, and the London Borough of Newham who were charged with and prosecuted for the offence of drunken driving, and with what results; and in how many cases after the process of law had commenced the trial was not proceeded with, and for what reasons.
