§ Mr. Staintonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will review the Unemployment and Sickness Benefit Regulations, 1967, with particular reference to Regulation 7(1)(i) which stipulates that earnings in excess of 33½p per day from part-time or spare-time jobs precludes unemployment benefit entitlement, this figure last being fixed in 1955.
