§ Sir K. JosephI have received a first report from the working party making recommendations for dealing with the problems of homeless families with children, and I am placing copies in the Library. I have sent the report to all London boroughs and the Greater London Council and invited them to discuss its proposals with my right hon. 217W Friend the Minister for Housing and Construction and myself as soon as they are ready to do so.
