§ Miss Quennellasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what has been the cause of the delay in the feasibility study commissioned by the Minister of Transport from Messrs. Travers Morgan, and originally anticipated late in 1968, or early in 1969;
(2) when he received the feasibility study on the A3 from Messrs. Travers Morgan; and when he intends to place the study's recommended schemes in the Trunk Road Preparation Pool.
§ Mr. Graham PageThis has proved to be a more complex study than was orginally envisaged. The report of the consultants which was at first expected towards the end of 1969, is now expected next month. These will be given urgent consideration.
