§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Director of Public Prosecutions has formed the opinion, with which I agree, that under the law at present in force prosecution in respect of the distribution of these leaflets would not succeed. The Unsolicited Goods and Services Act will come into force on 12th August. I will then ask the Director to reconsider the position.
