§ Mr. Peter WalkerI hope to announce the composition of the Northern Economic Planning Council shortly after the 307W Easter recess. Economic Planning Councils will collaborate with local planning authorities and Central Government in work on the preparation of regional strategies and will advise Government on the regional implications of national policies and developments.
