Mr. Weitzmanasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether she has asked local education authorities to furnish information as to the provision by such local authorities of special educational facilities for children who suffer from autism or other forms of early childhood psychosis; and what information has been provided.
§ Mrs. ThatcherI shall be issuing shortly a circular of guidance to local education authorities on the education of autistic children which will include such a request.
