§ Mr. AlisonExtensive research has so far failed to demonstrate that there are any dangers to health attributable to street concentrations of motor vehicle fumes under the conditions prevailing in this country but the existence of some harmful effect cannot be completely excluded. It is not possible to say what, if any, improvement in health would result from removing pollutants from the exhausts of motors.
