§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI approved proposals last November and I understand that the Joint Police Committee hope that construction will begin in October next and will be completed within two years. The site is the former greyhound and sports stadium at Ellis Street and the current estimated cost is £225,000 exclusive of fees.
