§ 101. Sir J. Langford-Holtasked the Secretary of State for the Environment in view of the fact that land and property, much of which will not be affected by the proposed north-south bypass at Shrewsbury, is sterilized for development or sale purposes until the line of this bypass is settled, in view of the hardship this is causing and of the fact that the bypass has been a matter of uncertainty for 20 years, when he now proposes to reach a final decision.
