§ Mr. Michael HeseltineMy right hon. Friend hopes to publish shortly a draft scheme for the section of the M62 between Ferrybridge and Rawcliffe to complete the route proposals for this motorway to its planned terminal at Balkholme. The form of improvements further eastwards is still under investigation.
