§ Mr. Graham PageThe London Borough of Ealing, my Agents for the scheme, were responsible for all traffic arrangements during construction, in consultation with the Metropolitan Police. The pedestrian facilities at the junction are already in operation.
The contract allowed four months for completion and included liquidated damages of £70 per week.
