§ Mr. van StraubenzeeThe Redbridge Branch of the A.T.T.I. wrote to my right hon. Friend on 11th February criticising 91W the arrangements made by the local education authority for consulting the staff of the college and certain provisions of the instrument and articles of government proposed by the authority. My Department is about to consult the authority on various aspects of its proposals.
