§ Mr. Anthony GrantSkelmersdale New Town has attracted projects offering a wide range of employment, and with Development Area benefits, which are available because the New Town takes a large proportion of its population from the Merseyside Development Area, it will no doubt attract further projects. We cannot, however, undertake to secure any precise balance of employment opportunities.
