§ Mrs. ThatcherThe receipt of information from the selection of further education establishments concerned is being delayed by the postal strike, but the available returns are being analysed as fast as possible. When the returns in respect of colleges of education and universities have been received and analysed, I propose to consult the interested parties. The question of compulsory membership is one of the matters which will be considered when our information is complete.
