§ Mr. Lomasasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science, if she has 505W received a letter from the Huddersfield local authority concerning the exercise of her powers in relation to the placing of the child of Mr. Selby of Huddersfield; if she has replied to a submission made by Mr. Frank Drabble, solicitor on behalf of Mr. Selby, in October, 1970; and if she is now in a position to make a statement.
