§ Mr. Anthony RoyleNo discussions on the constitutional position of Northern Ireland are taking place with the Government of the Irish Republic, and it remains the policy of Her Majesty's Government that the status of Northern Ireland as part of the United Kingdom will not be changed without the consent of the Northern Ireland Parliament.
