§ Mr. Donald Stewartasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will seek to amend the Taxes Management Act, 1970, to remove the discrepancy between landlords' rights in regard to distraint on goods, and their position with reference to collectors of taxes, in England and Scotland, under Section 62 and 64 of that Act, respectively.
