§ Mr. CarlisleNo. The expenses incurred in raising funds are bound to vary widely and to be dependent on a number of factors, not all of which are foreseeable. The register of charities maintained by the Charity Commissioners and by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Education and Science is open to public inspection.
