§ Mr. AmeryThe County Court rules already provide for expedited hearings286W where appropriate. Citizens' Advice Bureaux and the Courts themselves are able to advise about these special procedures. I am considering what further publicity should be given in the light of the Francis Committee's recommendation on this.
