§ Mrs. ThatcherThe Natural Environment Research Council has already studied the ecological, sedimentation and conservation aspects of proposed estuarial barrages. Reports have been commissioned by and made to the Water Resources Board which is the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment.
